Enjoy a true Maine experience, at Bog Lake! This fully-furnished, relaxing getaway is easy to get to - just 11 miles north of the town of Machias.
Bog Lake Cottage sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children. There's a queen bed in the master bedroom, bunk beds in a second bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the main room. There is also a platform in the back yard for a tenting as well.
Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, or just relaxing at the lake's shore.

Deposit: A minimum deposit of $200 is required to hold your reservation, with the balance due two weeks before check-in date.
Payment Methods: Cash in-person or via Cash App mobile payment service.
Maximum Number of Guests: No more than 4 adults and 2 children may stay. Visitors are permitted, but please drive slowly due to children and animals nearby.

- No pets!
- Our dog may visit but we will try to keep him on our side of the property.
- While I'm not available 24/7 I will usually be nearby if anything is needed.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be received at least two weeks prior to check-in date. The deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is received in time. Refunds will be via the original payment method.
About Bog Lake
Bog Lake is approx. 826 square acres in size and has a maximum depth of 46 feet. Bog Lake is home to a variety of fish, including Smallmouth Bass, Yellow Perch, Chain Pickerel, landlocked Atlantic Salmon, and White Perch.The lake's boat launch is located just off Route 192.
